Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders ship within 1 week of purchase. However, if your order includes made-to-order linen items, please allow additional processing time before shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times After Shipment:

France (Colissimo): Approximately 2 business days
European Union (Delivengo): 2 to 5 business days
Worldwide (Delivengo): 6 to 12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual transit times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

France: Orders are shipped via Colissimo.
International & EU Orders: Orders are shipped via Delivengo.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside France and the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.

Returns & Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
