Every autumn I mix up a big batch of chai for our family to enjoy during the cold months. Every year it’s a little bit different, depending on what I have on hand and what herbs are calling to me. And every year I call it Divine Chai… because it tastes divine! This year, in addition to the usual spicy suspects (ginger, cardamom, star anise, etc.), I snuck in a bunch of medicinal roots (dandelion, burdock, chicory), plus reishi mushroom, roasted carob, tulsi, and rose petals. Each bag comes with detailed instructions for how to brew up the most delicious cup of chai ever!
