In folklore across the world, foxes are seen as clever guides, quick learners, and keepers of hidden wisdom. They move effortlessly between the seen and unseen, teaching us that magic exists in the in-between spaces—dusk and dawn, city and wild, work and play. This guardian is here to remind us that life is an adventure, curiosity is a gift, and sometimes the best way forward is to dance with the unexpected.

I’m drawn to creating guardians that represent the wild animals of your bioregion, fostering a deeper connection to the land and the beings we share it with. These guardians are meant to inspire awareness, respect, and a sense of wonder for the wild ones around us. If there’s a particular animal from your region that holds meaning for you, let me know—I’d love to try to bring it to life for you.
Materials
- Handmade from fabric scraps – Primarily 100% Oeko-Tex European linen, with occasional linen-cotton blends or cotton prints. Each guardian is made from fabric scraps from my sewing studio, giving new life to leftover materials.
- Stuffed with natural kapok fiber – A soft, plant-based filling with a light, airy feel.
- Hand-embroidered details – Stitched with cotton thread for a timeless, heirloom-quality finish.
- Plant-spirit medicine – A tiny amount of organic or wild-harvested herbs is tucked inside—not for scent, but for vibrational support.
Designed as a companion for gentle play & comfort. Parents can determine whether this guardian is suitable for their child and if supervision is needed.

Care Instructions
To keep your guardian in the best condition, spot clean only using a gentle, natural soap (such as Marseille soap) and air dry. If a deeper clean is needed, you may carefully hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, then air dry—but keep in mind that washing may change the texture over time.
- The herbs are tucked inside the head, so it's best to keep this area dry.
- Clothing can be hand-washed separately, as needed.
Please use your best judgment when caring for your guardian, as each one is made from natural materials and may shift slightly with washing.

- If you have any special requests or details about the recipient, please include them in the order notes at checkout. I’ll weave that intention into your guardian and select the most fitting herbs. If I have any questions, I’ll reach out by email before I begin.
- If you're adding an outfit for your guardian, please specify gendered or unisex in the order notes.
- These guardians are made to order and typically take about one week to create before shipping. If you need yours by a specific date, please let me know in the order notes, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
